Luci in the Sky is a swimwear label created by successful Sydney model Lucinda Taffs. In between working in Milan, London, New York and Japan and appearing in titles like Harpers Bazaar (UK), Tatler, Marie Claire and Cosmopolitan, Luci finished a degree in Fashion Design at Sydney's UTS. While there she also won the covetted NSW Business Chamber award to start her own fashion label, hence the birth of Luci in the Sky.
Designed and produced in Australia, Luci in the Sky promises an exciting new aesthetic for Australian women (and those international early-adopters who are privy to sites like MyCatwalk). With a strong influence of 80's excess, Luci in the Sky's edgy peekaboo panels infuse kink and sophistication into her debut collection. Seduced by the idea of an eternal summer and long days by the beach, the collection aims for a seamless transition from beach to the bar. Because whether you're wearing them on their own or layered under a sheer dress or cut-offs, the Luci In the Sky girl will always be ready: for Calippos and Cosmos. |
