Ruby Smallbone taught herself the art of making clothes from an early age, with inspiration drawn from her own lifestyle and friends.
Formalising her love for clothes by graduating from East Sydney Tafe in 2002, Ruby was chosen to debut her new collection as part of the Grand Marnier 5 at Mercedes-Benz Australian Fashion Week.
She is continuously pioneering new textile colours and exclusive prints to evoke fresh sensations in fashion.
She is often inspired by past era's and in particular draws significant elements from the philosophies and hedonism of the 1970's.
