No. MYCATWALK makes its selections from leading European and Australian designers and labels. All items sold are of the highest quality and free from imperfection. • HOW IS THE RECOMMENDED RETAIL PRICE ("RRP") CALCULATED?

The quoted Recommended Retail Price or "RRP" reflects the typical price of an item as offered for sale in a traditional offline boutique, as per industry standards. This is not intended as a definitive guide to pricing in the competitive boutique environment, nor does it assume that such prices are standardized across all retailers of the item(s) in question. The Recommended Retail Price ("RRP") is intended as a guide only and does not place any responsibility on MYCATWALK to meet, beat of better the prices offered by competitors, whether online or offline retailers or designers.

The products offered for sale on MYCATWALK are priced in accordance with strict agreements in place with our suppliers/designers and, in the case of "BOUTIQUES" and "WHAT'S HOT", the external third parties who offer their stock for sale on MYCATWALK.com.au.

• DOES MYCATWALK HAVE SALES?

Yes, like traditional offline boutiques, MYCATWALK will at times offer seasonal items at discounted prices. Please note that this does not mean that MYCATWALK will guarantee that its prices will be in accordance with other offline boutiques, or in accordance with individual designers own pricing.
 

• HOW DO I KNOW IT WILL FIT?

Individual designers have different sizing characteristics, regardless of their nationality. The buyers and staff at MYCATWALK have made it their top priority to simplify sizing (both across national standards and individual designers' idiosyncrasies) by the use of the standardized XS, S, M, L and XL system. In order to accurately gauge garment sizes, simply click on the " S I Z E S " button, found at the top right of every page.

As an added service, the COMMENTS section on every product page will highlight any useful information relating to the garment's size.

Please remember that your satisfaction is our top priority. As such, if you are in any way unhappy with a purchased item's size, please return or exchange the item. Please follow the instructions listed under
RETURNS.

• DO I HAVE TO BE A SITE MEMBER TO USE MYCATWALK?

You do not have to be a member of MYCATWALK in order to enjoy use of the site - feel free to window shop as much as you like! In order to make a purchase, or to redeem a gift certificate, you will need to become a member of the site. This is a simple and painless process, simply involving the registration of your email address and the nomination of a password. Once registered you will receive occasional emails from MYCATWALK informing you of new season stock, sales, special offers and so forth. These can be enjoyed or discontinued at will.

MYCATWALK treats your privacy and personal information very seriously and will not disclose any such information to third parties. For more information on our commitment to your privacy, see

• IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

YES!!! Please be assured that your privacy is of principle concern to MYCATWALK. Under no circumstances will your personal information be shared, sold or rented to third parties without your consent. Please note that in order to accept your orders we require your name, mailing address, and email address. These are all securely stored and may be used to inform you of developments on MYCATWALK, such as new season stock, sales and special offers. These communications are made by email and are designed to enhance both the service we offer and your fashion experience. If you do not wish to receive these emails, please send an email to unsubsrcibe@mycatwalk.com.au .

In order to process online orders, we also require your credit card number and expiry date, which is subsequently checked and authorised with the appropriate institution. This information is transmitted via securely encrypted (SSL) emails (see SECURITY) and is not stored. Once used, it is erased completely from our files.

• HOW DO I KNOW MY SELECTION IS IN STOCK?

"SHOPPING" & "GIFTS" PAGES: On each product display page there is a pop-up menu entitled "AVAILABLE SIZES" (and where appropriate "AVAILABLE COLOURS") which indicate what is currently available. Please note that while every effort is made to ensure that this information is accurate and up to date, there may be occasions - for example, the sale of items throughout the morning or afternoon - that render this information temporarily incorrect. In line with this, the placing of an order is not a guarantee of a purchase on your behalf, nor the acceptance of an order on our behalf.

In such circumstances our office will be in prompt contact with you, either by e-mail or telephone, to inform you that the item is no longer in stock. Should you still desire the item, MYCATWALK will make every effort to acquire the item on your behalf and will keep you informed of our progress. Your satisfaction is our mission.

"BOUTIQUES" & "WHAT'S HOT" PAGES: As discussed elsewhere, the product's on these pages are sourced on a weekly basis from leading offline boutiques in the Sydney metropolitan area. They are available in very limited numbers and hence on a 'first come, first served' (literally 'best-dressed') basis. As such, no guarantee of purchase is offered by the placing of a buy order. Please also be aware that as they remain the property of external parties, GIFT CERTIFICATES cannot be redeemed on these items.

These pages are updated throughout the week, in accordance with availability, though are
generally presented freshly on Thursday mornings. So be quick!

• HOW DO I SHOP ON MYCATWALK?

Very simply. Once you click on the item of choice, you will be taken through that item's product description page (be sure to move your mouse over the all images of the product to see the item in full). This page will also allow you to add the item to your SHOPPING BASKET.

From here you can move directly to the
CASHIER or continue shopping. As long as you remain on the MYCATWALK site, your purchase selections will be stored in the Shopping Basket.

Selections can be made from many of the site pages, and listed below is a general list of what you will find and where:

SHOPPING:
There are numerous shopping pages, each being delivered along category lines. For example. on "PANTS" you will find all pants, whether denim, silk , linen or otherwise. Similarly, on "DENIM" you will find all denim products, whether jeans, jackets, skirts or tops. Such category pages are delineated along "CLOTHING" or "ACCESSORIES" lines.

GIFTS:
The most popular items within the above described categories are subsequently presented again on the GIFTS page, generally in accordance with the individual items' prices (eg: $100 - $150, $200+ and so on). Gift Certificates can also be purchased via this page. Gift Certificates can be used to purchase any item(s) listed via the SHOPPING or GIFTS pages.

BOUTIQUES
and WHAT'S HOT: As indicated above, these items are offered in limited numbers and as such are only made available for very short periods of time. Hence, items on these pages are typically not individually listed on individual "SHOPPING" and "GIFTS" pages. As with all pages, however, simply CLICK on the image to view full product details and purchasing options.

Please note that Gift Certificates can not be used to purchase item(s) listed on the BOUTIQUES and WHAT'S HOT pages. This is because these items are sourced externally and are the property of third parties, not of MYCATWALK.

HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Very easily. Here are the 4 simple steps involved:

• Click on any item that you intend to purchase. Items can be found either on the "CLOTHING", "ACCESSORIES", "GIFTS" or "BOUTIQUE" / "WHAT'S HOT?" pages.

(Please note that items found on the "BOUTIQUE / "WHAT'S HOT?" pages are sourced externally from leading boutiques in the Sydney Metropolitan area. These items are typically NOT listed on the previously mentioned pages and
cannot be purchased with Gift Certificates.)

• This will lead you to the item's individual product page, where you will find more images of the item and a full product description. You will also find sizing, colour and availability information. Now simply choose your desired size and colour and click "BUY NOW".

• You will now arrive at the SHOPPING BASKET, where the details of your selected item (product, designer, quantity, size, colour, and price) will be displayed.
Please check these details to ensure they are correct. Delivery charges are calculated at the CASHIER stage.

If you wish to change an item, simply click "REMOVE" (which will delete the selected item from your basket) and return to the previous steps. (NB: You can increase or decrease the quantity of the individual item you have chosen by manually typing your desired number into the "QUANTITY" field.)

From here you can continue to browse by clicking on "CONTINUE SHOPPING" - which will allow you to add more items to your Shopping Basket (which will subsequently tally all costs) - or proceed to the Cashier by clicking on "CASHIER".

• Once at the CASHIER, you will need to enter firstly your name, address, contact number (optional), email address and delivery instructions; and then secondly your payment details.

Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Web Server Certificates, such as the one used on MYCATWALK, encrypt all data sent to and from the web site. This information is scrambled and hence unintelligible if intercepted.

This SSL technology is the standard for secure data transmission over the Internet and is supported by modern web browsers such as Microsoft's Internet Explorer and Netscape's Navigator.

When you have finished shopping and are ready to purchase, you can link to the MYCATWALK.COM.AU Secure Online Order form. At this time the connection will change to the secure https channel.

When you are asked for your credit card details, you will notice that the URL prefix (located in your address bar) will change from the standard http:// to the secure https://. This means that you are in secure mode.

Similarly, you will notice your browser's security icon (located at the bottom right hand corner of your browser window) change to either a locked padlock or solid gold key (depending on your browser make and version). This is your assurance that your browser and our server are communicating securely. Once received, your details are processed and erased. They are not stored.

• CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?

Yes. If you would rather place your order via telephone or fax, you can. Orders placed online, however, receive priority.

• HOW WILL I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?

After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received and also outlining all details that you entered. (As such, please check your order to ensure that it is correct. If you need to make any amendments, please email us at shopping@mycatwalk.com.au and quote the generated Reference Number.)

As has been discussed above, this confirmation does not mean that your order has been accepted by MYCATWALK. Once your credit details have been approved and authorised and the item(s) located, your order will be ratified and the item despatched. At such time you will receive a follow-up email confirming and accepting your order.

Should the item you have ordered not be in stock, the debited amount from your credit card will be credited in full to your card and you will be contacted. As discussed above, if you wish MYCATWALK to locate the item for you, we will do everything we can to secure the item on your behalf. At this time, payment options will be discussed with a MYCATWALK representative.

• WHAT IF THE ITEM I WANT IS MARKED "FOR SALE IN AUSTRALIA ONLY"?

MYCATWALK is licensed to sell some labels in Australia only. In such instances the item will be clearly marked "For Sale in Australia Only" and will only be made available to Australian (invoice) addressees.

If the item you would like to purchase is not so marked, it can be sold and shipped to you no matter where in the world you are. In some such instances a representative will contact you to discuss any additional courier/shipping charges.

 

DOES MYCATWALK DELIVER TO POST OFFICE BOXES?

No, we do not deliver to PO Boxes. All deliveries must be accepted by a reception agent. You must provide us with an address where our courier service can obtain a signature upon delivery of your purchase.

If this is a problem, you can organise via your initial instructions, for the item to be delivered to your local Australia Post Office, from where you must pick it up.

• HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER?

Your order will be despatched as soon as payment has been approved, the address verified, and the merchandise located. We will always endeavour to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

We do not offer a pick up service and deliver all merchandise via TNT Worldwide.

The actual time of delivery will depend on the time you place your order and the quantity of orders we are handling at any given time. However, here is a general guide:

Yes. All merchandise sold on MYCATWALK is shipped via TNT Worldwide and is fully insured against damage, loss or theft while in transit. Once the item(s) has been delivered to the specified delivery address it is no longer insured.

Not really, no. The Order Form allows for only one delivery address (whether the 'Invoice' or 'Delivery' address). If you do require multiple deliveries, we suggest you either:

(b) Describe lucidly your delivery requirements in the "Special Requests" section of the Order Form, in which case a representative will clarify and confirm your instructions; or
