Becky Cooper and Bridget Currer met in 2000 on their first day of studying fashion design. In 2001 friends started requesting makeovers for their neglected jeans and the pair started spraying, printing, dyeing, stitching & scratching to make them fresh again. Soon, they had boutiques placing orders.
This is how Bec & Bridge was born. In 2003 they completed their degrees with first class honours, won a business award through a local fashion agency and were invited to participate in Australia Fashion Week. With such talent, it is no surprise that Bec & Bridge has taken off to become one of the more desireable women's fashion labels in Australia. |
