RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
• If you are unhappy with an item you can return or exchange it at any time within the next 14 days.


• You must pay the carriage on the item's return, while (in the case of an exchange) we will deliver the new item free of additional charge.

• The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original tags still attached.

If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid (less carriage charges) once the item has been returned to us.

MYCATWALK is not responsible for any item that is not returned in new, unused and unworn condition. We do not sell pre-worn garments and will not accept the return of any item which is considered used. If you consider the item flawed or faulty, please contact us to organize its return & refund.
